Terms and Conditions of payment

 

Down payment

Within a week from the reservation date, guests shall transfer a down payment corresponding to 30% of the total price of the stay into our bank account.

The reservation shall be considered confirmed once the down payment is received. The remaining amount shall be settled at check-in in cash or by debit card.

In the event of a single night's booking, the full amount must be paid before the stay.

Once the reservation is confirmed, in case of cancellation by the guest, the following penalties shall be charged:

• if the reservation is cancelled with at least a 21 day notice, 85% of the amount paid shall be withheld.
